She's the People's Choice Award winner for Best Pop Artist, a fact that got Demi Lovato all choked up during the live awards show at the Nokia Theater in downtown Los Angeles on Wednesday, Jan. 11.
"The nominees are all people I look up to, and have aspired to be," Lovato admitted as she clutched her heavy Waterford crystal prize. Her competition was Beyonce, Lady Gaga, Rihanna and Katy Perry; Perry snagged five of the glittering statues, but missed the fun.
But the thousands of fans that packed the venue were not disappointed, as top stars from film, television and music filled the front rows...
